Sketch Press ("the app," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app and its third-party services collect, how it's used, and the choices available to you. By using Sketch Press, you agree to the practices described here.
Sketch Press is built to need as little from you as possible.
We do NOT collect or require:
The app has no account system — there is nothing to sign up for, and nothing tied to your identity.
Your progress — high score, coin balance, unlocked and equipped balls, themes, and strokes, and settings like sound preferences — is saved only on your own device using standard local device storage. This data is never transmitted to us, and we have no server that receives or stores it. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes this data.
Sketch Press offers optional rewarded video ads — for example, reviving after a loss, doubling your coins, or earning free coins from the Shop. These ads are served by Google AdMob and are entirely opt-in: they only appear when you tap a "Watch Ad" button, never automatically and never between gameplay.

Google processes this information under its own policies: Google Privacy Policy and How Google Uses Data From Partner Sites. We do not receive or store this data ourselves — it is collected and processed directly by Google.
On iOS, the first time Sketch Press requests an ad, you'll be asked for permission to allow tracking under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If you decline, or don't respond, Sketch Press and Google AdMob will not access your device's advertising identifier, and you'll be served non-personalized ads instead.
This choice never affects your ability to play the game. Watch Ad buttons work the same either way — the reward depends only on watching the ad, not on personalization.
You can change this decision anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You can also review Apple's own advertising settings at Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising, and manage Google's ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
If you're located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or another region where it's required, Sketch Press will show a consent form (provided by Google's User Messaging Platform) before requesting any ads. This lets you choose whether to allow personalized advertising. You can update this choice at any time by reopening the app; your prior selection is remembered until you change it or reinstall the app.
Google AdMob is the only third-party service integrated into Sketch Press. We do not use analytics SDKs, crash-reporting services, or any other third-party data collection beyond what's described above. If that changes in a future update, we'll revise this policy accordingly.
We do not sell your personal information — we don't collect any ourselves to sell. The only information shared with a third party is what Google AdMob independently collects to serve ads, as described in Section 4. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.
Because Sketch Press has no backend server or account system, most of what would normally be "your data" never leaves your device. Where information is processed by Google AdMob, it's protected under Google's own security practices. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, but Sketch Press is designed to minimize what could ever be at risk in the first place.
Local game data (high scores, coins, unlocked items, settings) persists on your device until you uninstall the app or clear its storage — we have no way to access, retain, or delete it remotely, because we never receive it. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's own retention practices.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. Because we do not collect or hold personal information ourselves, most of these rights are best exercised directly with Google for data processed through AdMob, via Google's Data & Privacy settings. California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (terms defined broadly under California law, which can include certain advertising-related data sharing). We do not sell personal information. To limit ad-related data sharing, use the App Tracking Transparency and ad settings controls described in Section 5, or contact us with any request.
Google's advertising infrastructure operates globally, which means information processed through AdMob may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Google maintains its own safeguards for these transfers — see Google's privacy policy for details.
Sketch Press is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves — for example, if we add new features or services. Continued use of Sketch Press after an update means you accept the revised policy. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes.
